Shades of Blue was commissioned by ABC Classic as part of the 2020 Fresh Start Fund. The piece is about finding and experiencing a connection with nature. This piece is about Wara Wayinnga, a dune system that is special part of the Kaurna coastline that is still home to a plethora of native flora and fauna. Atop the system of dunes one is surrounded by various shades of blue from the ocean, sky, and Adelaide hills.
